As the name suggests, it is built around a former mid 19th century priory within easy reach of Dartmoor National Park, Paignton, Newton Abbot, Totnes, Dartmouth and Exmouth. Residents occupy independent living retirement cottages and apartments in a beautiful setting.

The original chapel of the 19th century Priory has been transformed into The Forum – the social hub for village life and where the restaurant serves lunches on select days.
